An exclusive, multi-stage restoration and protection for the fabric roofs on convertibles. The roof fabric is under constant assault from acid rain, UV, tree sap, bird droppings and the damp that breeds moss and mildew. Our process brings the fabric back to factory freshness, deep colour and powerful self-cleaning properties (the lotus effect). Our studio is in Raszyn near Warsaw.
A deep clean and nanotech proofing
We clean the convertible roof in two stages with dedicated shampoos, brushing out stains and green growth by hand, then extract the residue with a machine. After hours of controlled drying (the proofer only goes on 100% dry fabric) we spray two or three coats of a top-grade hydrophobic proofer (including Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric, Ultracoat Fabric Protect) and cure it with IR. The nanotechnology wraps every fibre — water doesn't soak in, it runs off in perfect beads.

Extraction rinsing
Extracting the chemical and dirt residue by machine — nothing left in the fabric.
Sterile drying
Hours of drying in controlled conditions — the proofer only on dry fabric.
Masking and proofing
Taping off the glass and paint, spraying 2–3 coats of hydrophobic proofer.
IR curing
Full polymerisation and hardening of the protection with infrared lamps.
