1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Bohdan Kolodii, a sole trader operating as Tipa, ul. Gratyny 14, 02-995 Warszawa, NIP (tax ID) 5223337561, REGON 541961150. Studio: Aleja Krakowska 10a, 05-090 Raszyn, tel. 662 267 644.
For any matter concerning personal data, contact us by phone on the number above.
2. Scope
This policy covers https://tipadetailing.pl. The site is static: it has no user account and no basket, so displaying its content needs no cookies at all. The only data you can send us through it is the contact form described below.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Phone contact — the number you call from and what we discuss are used solely to answer your enquiry and arrange a service. The basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries).
Contact form — your name, phone number and the service you pick are used solely to call you back and arrange the service. The basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract). Giving them is voluntary, but without a number we cannot call back.
Visit statistics — on the basis of your consent alone, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Until you give it, no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is stored.
Ad measurement — on the basis of your consent alone, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Until you give it, the Google tag is not loaded and none of its cookies is stored.
4. Recipients
PostHog — the visit-statistics tool, loaded only after consent. Data goes to its European instance, and requests are relayed through our own domain.
Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) — the advertising tag, loaded only after consent; it shows whether a visit from our ad ended with a tap on the phone number. We build no remarketing lists from it.
Web3Forms — the service that forwards a form submission to our email inbox.
Vercel — the site host; its server logs record standard technical connection data, including IP address.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms' servers; the provider may process them outside the EEA under the terms of its own privacy policy.
Statistical data is processed on servers in the European Union. The provider (PostHog Inc.) is established in the United States, which means access from outside the EEA is possible; it takes place under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Google Ireland Limited belongs to the Google LLC group, established in the United States. Transfers to the US rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates.
6. Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and arrange the service, and then deleted.
Statistical data is kept no longer than the retention configured on the PostHog project, after which it is deleted.
Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw) expire after 90 days.
The record of your consent decision is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.
7. Cookies
The site needs no cookies to work. After you consent, PostHog stores its own cookies on https://tipadetailing.pl; they serve only to tell visits apart in aggregate statistics.
After you consent to ad measurement, Google stores the _gcl_au and _gcl_aw cookies on https://tipadetailing.pl; they serve only to link an ad click to a phone call.
The Google map in the “How to find us” section loads only after you click “Show map”, or when you have consented to ad measurement. Google Ireland Limited may then store its own cookies and receives your device’s IP address. Until then, a drawing of the map served from our own server is shown in its place.
You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing it deletes the analytics and advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent to statistics and ad measurement at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
9. Changes to this policy
If what we process changes, we will update this policy and the last-changed date shown at the top of the page.
